I see that it can become a good competitor, rival and pioneer in the Oceanic Imperial RP community. This server will be an additional choice for people to join and enjoy Imperial RP. Taking that into account, I want to do everything that I can to assist it grow and develop into something really special. I want to invest my time in making this server better and the way to do that is the support the development of the Navy. On top of that, I have always somehow been intrinsically connected to the Navy and my hope is to build the regiment from ground zero and make it a successful and organised regiment that members enjoy to be a part of.[/color] [b]How can you improve the regiment you're applying for (50 word minimum)?[/b] [color=#2ecc71]The way to improve the Naval regiment at the moment is to look at the organisational and logistical development. This include creating and formulating documents, policies and regulations. Build the ranking structure and organisational structure. Looking at setting and developing a positive regimental value and mission that can guide the regiment for years to come. Also, I can recruit more personnel on server. Adding onto that, the way to also improve the regiment is to add more activity used to serve multitude of needs. This include adding activity needed in-game to serve the needs of the ship - bookings, tryouts and RP aspect. Also to add more activity in terms of providing opportunities for players to join different regiments. I believe I am ready, and well-equipped to take on that task. I am motivated and organised, and I look to work from the ground up, the organisation - Navy.[/color]  [b]Have you been commander on a SWRP server, if so, what regiments?[/b] [color=#2ecc71]Yes.
